We have Designed and Manufactured Exhaust Silencers from 3 KVA to 3250 KVA for CPCB - II Norms, Tractors & Off - Highway Equipment's and all the silencers are Tested and Results are found satisfactory on following Engines.

Testing Facilities ( In-house )
Every Raw Material lot is Tested from NABL External lab for Chemical Analysis and Mechanical Properties as per Frequency Defined in IQP
- Every Raw Material lot is Tested from External facility for Chemical and Physical properties as Per Specified Defined Frequency.
- Each Silencer is Manually Puncture Tested at 1.0, 1.5 & 2 Kg / m2 for Leakage at Welded Joints and then cross checked on Fully Automatic Leak Tester before Painting.
- Paint Dry Flim Thickness ( DFT ) of Each Silencer is Inspected at 8 Different points.
- Adhesiveness of HR Paint is Tested for Each lot using Cross Hatch Scrubber.
- Heat Resistance of HR Paint is Tested for Each lot using Muffle Furnace.
- Corrosion test for HR Coated Surfaces using Salt Spray Chamber.
- Every Raw Material lot is Tested from External Facility for Chemical and Physical Properties.
- Each Silencer is Puncture Tested at 1.0, 1.5 & 2 Kg / m3 for Leakage at Welded Joints before Painting.
- Paint DFT of Each Silencer is Inspected at 8 Different points.
- Adhesiveness of HR Paint is Tested for Each lot using Cross Hatch Scrubber.
